We're continuing to bring our fellow master's health to the next level!
Our Master's programs works to improve overall strength, endurance, balance, and mobility; this year each of the 3x Master's Level 2 programs will continue to work on overall fitness while having a specific seasonal-related focus:
1. 20-week Winter- Spring Program from January 7 - May 30, 2025 with a special focus on spatial awareness, and cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
Of note for the Winter - Spring Program 2025:
There will be a one week break beginning April 6th to April 10th. Additionally, there will be only an on-line course availability on April 15th from 9am - 10am.
In our previous program in the fall/winter of 2024, there was a cancellation of 1 week due to unforseen circumstances. Thus, during the week of June 2nd, 2025 there will be three additional special classes and testing offered during our usuall class times at no extra cost! *For those whom were affected.
2. 12-week Summer program from June 10 - Aug 29, 2025 with a special focus on mobility, core and contralateral stability and strength.
3. 15-week Fall program from Sept 9 - Dec 19, 2025 with a special focus on proper mucle recruitment and eccentric strengthening.
