Online credit card payments are processed via PayPal.

Credit cards usedo on Photo day are processed by tap and go on our EFTPOS machines.

At no time does MTPhoto receive hard copy of your credit card details.

Why is it good to use PayPal?

1. Credit card security. When you sign up for a PayPal account, you type in the credit cards and bank accounts you wish to use for purchases one time on the PayPal secure system. Once that is accomplished, you never again have to disclose your credit card information online.

2. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can create a new account before you pay. If you don’t want to create an account, you can pay using a credit or debit card.

Absolutely! For those not comfortable with online ordering, we still use paper order forms which can be handed in on Photo day.

We have EFTPOS available on Photo day for card payments and cash is also accepted.

Team and Individual portraits

Due to the huge volume of photos we do each season, a preview of individual photos is not available.

Action Photos

If you or your  team has booked action photos for a game, these will be available in a secure, password protected online galleries after editing is completed. Once available, everyone who has access to the gallery is able to download hi resolution photos at will.

Club / School photos: As part of our process, we take individual photos of everyone (unless we are specifically requested not to) regardless of if an order was placed. This is because we understand that ordering photos is not always the days highest priority and it can be missed.

If you missed placing an order, chances are high that we will have your childs photo available for purchase.

Action Photos: If you or your team has made an action photo booking, images will be made available for download from a secure, password protected gallery on our Website after editing is completed. All photos are edited prior to being posted in the gallery to ensure they are presented as best as possible for you.

We guarantee to capture images of all players if an Action Photo booking has been made. If not, we will return to another game and capture photos of any player/s that we missed.

Although we take extreme care with packaging our photos for mailing, sometimes they do get damaged. In this rare occurrence, simply return the damaged photo and we will replace it free of charge.
