    A short list of common questions we get asked by Parents regarding our photos.
    • How are my Credit Card payments processed Online?  
    • Credit Card payments are processed via PayPal.

      Why is it good to use PayPal?

      1. Credit card security. When you sign up for a PayPal account, you type in the credit cards and bank accounts you wish to use for purchases one time on the PayPal secure system. Once that is accomplished, you never again have to disclose your credit card information online.

      2. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can create a new account before you pay. If you don’t want to create an account, you can pay using a credit or debit card.

    • Do I have other payment options besides online?  
    • Absolutely! As well as Credit card and PayPal using our online facilities, we also have EFTPOS available on Photo day and cash enclosed within the order envelopes.

    • How do I find photos of my child?  
    • Team and Individual portraits

      Due to the huge volume of club photos we do each season, unfortunately a preview is not available. However, team photo proofs are sent to coaches to be proof read before sending off to the printers.

      Action Photos

      Action photos are made available for viewing and purchase in our online galleries.

      Photos are listed in a dedicated event heading (eg: Kanga Cup) and then individual games are separated into sub-galleries (eg: Under 9 Vikings v Royals) for easy viewing.

    • Do you take photos of every player?  
    • Club team photos

      As part of our process, we take individual photos of all players (unless we are specifically requested not to) regardless of if an order was placed. This is because we understand that ordering team photos is not always the days highest priority and it can be missed.

      If you missed placing an order, chances are high that we will have your childs photo available for purchase.

      Action photos

      We do our best to capture images of all players, but that is not always possible.

      There are two options to ensure we get good images of your child in action:

      1. Preorder online before the carnival. For a $75 fee (fully redeemable in product) you can request your child be targetted by our photographer during the game.

      2. Approach our photographer on the day and advise them you are interested in purchasing action images of your son/ daughter, highlighting their player number and any other obvious identification (eg: bright orange headgear).

    • Are your action photos edited?  
    • We take (literally) thousands of photos over the course of a sporting event. It is not possible to edit every photo and still have them ready for viewing on game day.

      Our online gallery will allow you to crop images for a preview, and of course our friendly staff are always willing to discuss with you how we can best present you photos for purchase.

      All photos are edited prior to printing to ensure they are presented as best as possible for you.

    • My photos arrived damaged!  
    • Although we take extreme care with packaging our photos for mailing, sometimes they do get damaged. In this rare occurrence, simply return the damaged photo and we will replace it free of charge.

    • I'm not happy with my photos!  
    • If you’re not 100% happy with your prints, we definately want to know about it!
