    Thank you for your interest in Flea at Silver Street! Please follow the steps below to apply.
  • Our Flea team reviews each application and handpicks the makers and small businesses that best fit our aesthetic--we're looking for one-of-a-kind, interesting, vintage, handmade, artisanal. No mass produced products, please!

    Please apply early if you want to participate in the market as we cap specific categories (jewelry, candles, soaps, etc). Accepted applicants will receive an invoice for booth fees and have seven calendar days to pay the invoice in full or else spots will be forfeited.

    Because of the volume of applications we receive, Flea at Silver Street requires a non-refundable $10 application fee. Please note that application fees do not apply to booth costs, if accepted.

    **Load in days: Wednesday November 22 and limited load in on Thursday November 23. Vendors select specific load in times via email approximately 1 week before the market date. 

    About the location: Silver Street Studios is a 20,000 warehouse in the heart of the Houston Arts District. Restrooms, HVAC, wifi, access to electricity, and free onsite parking will be available for vendors and patrons.   

    Vendor Parking: Free vendor parking is available. 

    Security: Vendors can leave their booth/items/set up in the secured market facility. The building will be locked at the end of the market day.
