  • LEAGUE INFORMATION    

    At 900+ players we are the largest and most well known sports league in Menifee.  We advertise to over 4,000 followers on our Facebook page and email to our 7,000+ email list.    

  • OPENING/CLOSING DAY EVENT INFORMATION

    We will have 650 to 800 players and all of the family members that go along with them at the park from early morning into the late afternoon.  On our Opening Day, games (on 4-5 fields) go on at the park all day until at least 4:00pm.  On our Closing Day we play championship games, have a large amount of carnival-type bounces from early in the morning into late afternoon, and have many other activities going on thoughout the day.

  • HIT-A-THON EVENT INFORMATION

    We will have 3-4 baseball fields full of players and parents from approximately 9am to 3pm.  650 to 800 players and all of the family members that go along with them will be at Wheatfield Park at various times throughout the day.

  • VENDOR INFORMATION

    ALL VENDORS MUST BE APPROVED by our Events Coordinator first.  Please email to events@menifeepony.com for information and approval.   Upon approval, please complete this form along with payment.  

    NON-FOOD VENDOR BOOTHS will be $75 to reserve for Hit-A-Thon on March 29 or $125 to reserve for both events.  No food or beverage sales is allowed at these booths.  

    FOOD VENDOR BOOTHS will be $150 to reserve for Hit-A-Thon day on March 29 or $250 to reserve for both events. 

        

    IMPORTANT EVENT SET UP INFORMATION: 

    Our vendor area will be in the Bell Mountain Middle School parking lot. Vendors will be allowed to arrive at 6:30 to set up for the event.  We request that your set up be complete by 7:30am, as it gets very busy and crowded after this time. If you aren't set up by 7:30am you may not be able to set up at all and could forfeit your event fee.  We have a parking circle for DROPOFF/PICKUP ONLY.  There is a strict NO DRIVING UP ONTO THE CURB rule that applies.  All vendors will have a space provided, no bigger than 10x10 easy up. You are required to bring your own table, chairs and shade.  We ask for all vendors to keep their booths open until at least 2:00pm.

  • VENDOR INFORMATION

      • INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS (IMPORTANT!)

        $1,000,000 Certificate of Liability Insurance with the 'Certificate Holder' as listed below must be emailed to events@menifeepony.com:

        I waive any claim that I might have against Menifee Pony and the owners [renters] of the property, including but limited to bodily injury, lost, damaged or stolen property under Section 1542 of California Civil Code to the full extent that I may waive all rights & benefits pertaining to the subject matter of this agreement for which a waiver has been given.
