For vendors who are selling products, please email us first at specialevents@menifeepony.com. We do limit our vendors so none or few are selling the same items. If you register without checking with us first, and we have our limit of that type of product, we will just cancel and refund your registration without notice.
NON-FOOD VENDORS - If you'd like to have a booth at please complete this form along with payment. Non-food vendor booths will be $30. No food or beverage sales will be permitted at these booths.
FOOD VENDORS - If you'd like to operate a food/beverage booth please contact us (specialevents@menifeepony.com) for details, as we do limit the amount of food/beverage booths we use. Upon approval, complete the form here, including the $30 payment. We have additional costs to food vendors, in the form of a percentage of that days profits to be paid to the league. These can be paid the next day by using our online 'sponsor donation' page.
We advertise on our website, Facebook page, and email to our 6,000+ email list, the details of the all-day event, including names of at least the food vendors. We have over 1,000 players in our league, thousands will be at Wheatfield that day. On our Opening Day Ceremonies in February, we have a player parade, team pictures, and first games (about 30 games in the day), so a lot of people are there all day long. For our Closing Day, we do a couple morning games, we have ceremonies, bounces, rock walls, etc, from 10am-4pm, and we also have huge crowds this day too.
We will allow two 'regular' food vendors this year (we've already got them, sorry. Mexican food and BBQ). One sweet, breakfast/dessert type (mini pancake plates), Kona Ice, a coffee/kona cart, and a small booth with various pre-packaged snacks and drinks. These are all finalized once they make payment, which hasn't happened yet so email us if you are interested in being next-in-line.
IMPORTANT SET UP INFORMATION:
Vendors will be allowed to arrive at 6:30 to set up for the event. We request that your set up be complete by 7:30am. If you aren't set up by 7:30am you won't be able to set up at all and will lose your vendor fee. It's a very busy and crowded morning and we need our vendors to be set up by 7:30am. All vendors will have a space provided, no bigger than 12x12 easy up. You are required to bring your own table, chairs and shade.
