I, in consideration of the training to be provided, and being of age of majority, do hereby release Harvest Bible College, its instructors, professors, directors, officers, and representatives from any and all claims, causes of actions, legal suits and actions arising out of or in any way connected with the training provided by Harvest Bible College, its instructors, professors, directors, officers, or representatives and I further agree to indemnify from any and all claims including costs, as a result of any proceeding initiated or commenced whereby any of the aforementioned persons are named to such an extent as the proceedings relate to training provided to myself. I further agree to hold the Harvest Bible College, its staff, instructors, professors, directors, officers, representatives, and Chancellor harmless for any claims civil or criminal for any reason. If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable in Colorado law, it does not void the remainder of the agreement. This authorization is irrevocable.

I understand that a degree from Harvest Bible College does not guarantee a job nor ordination in any specific market or ministry and is not specifically designed to meet any particular credentialing or licensing requirements whatsoever.

Although the Worldwide Accreditation Commission of Christian Educational Institutions accredits this degree, as a religious institution, Harvest Bible College is not listed with the U.S. Department of Education, and a Harvest Bible College degree is specifically not suited for people pursuing jobs as public school teachers, state university professors, state- licensed psychologists, amongst other vocations, and that some states may have restrictions on ways this degree can be utilized. 
Although Harvest Bible College may help in pointing me to job location services, I am the one responsible to locate any job in my future. I understand it is wise and prudent for me to check with those who are working in the field(s) I desire to work in when I graduate in order to ensure that the path I am on will be acceptable for the specific kind of job or ministry I am pursuing. 


I am fully aware that this is a Christian ministry, which believes the Bible is the Word of God and that the Bible is the authority upon which my spiritual growth and training will be based.


I declare that I am enrolling in Harvest Bible College willingly and of my own free will. I understand that during these courses I will be confronting my inner emotions, which could cause emotional pain as I pursue spiritual growth. 
This authorization is irrevocable.

I, a Harvest Bible College Student agree that I will not in any way disclose any proprietary information regarding the Harvest Bible College materials to any parties whether they are a student of Harvest Bible College or if they are not. 
Proprietary information includes, but is not limited to, class/course statistics, other students’ personal contact information, financial information regarding Harvest Bible College or other students, personal or confidential information regarding the Chancellor or any member of the staff and leadership of Harvest Bible College, passwords, codes, special agreements, acquisitions information, internal procedural information, and any other information that would not be known to the general public regarding Harvest Bible College or any of its officials, leaders, staff, or members. 
Further, I agree to a non-fraternization policy with other students of the Harvest Bible College or its staff, leaders or officers. Specifically, this policy prevents me from contacting other students without their expressed solicitation for the contact. I agree not to contact any other students/or representatives of Harvest 
Bible College for any nature outside of Harvest Bible College unless otherwise specifically solicited by the other party.

I consent to my image and likeness to be used in television and any other media production and marketing including, but not limited to, internet and radio at the discretion of Harvest Bible College. Once given, this authorization is irrevocable.

If requested and I fail to return any documents bearing the name Harvest Church or Harvest Bible College, I will be subject up to a $1,000 civil penalty for each document. I understand that I am paying for “use” of syllabi not ownership. I understand that I am not permitted to make copies of the syllabi or any materials bearing the name Harvest Church or Harvest Bible College or I will be subject up to a $1,000 civil penalty for each copied document given to or utilized by a third party.

I have read the Acknowledgment, Release &, the Non-Disclosure carefully. This authorization is irrevocable.

My e-signature below authorizes and requests any employer, school, law enforcement, financial institution, division of motor vehicles, or other persons or agencies having personal knowledge about me to furnish Harvest with any and all information in their possession, in connection with an application to serve in one or more ministries at Harvest Church and/or as a staff member of Harvest Church. I certify that my e-signature can be accepted with the same authority as my original signature. The stated information on this application is true to the best of my knowledge. I consent to the Code of Conduct and acknowledge that fees & tuition ARE NOT refundable. This authorization is irrevocable.
