    Replacement ID Badge Request

  • All AAC students must have a valid ID badge. Any student who misplaces their badge will have a seven day limit to use the sign-in sheet the front desk, but must request a new ID before the seven day period has ended.

    Students will be charged $15 for each replacement ID to be paid by using this form.

    Once you have completed your ID badge request, it cannot be undone. Previous badges will be deactivated, and, if you find your original badge, the AAC will not issue a refund for the replacement.

    After you submit this request, please allow up to 24 hours for your new badge to be available at the security desk for pickup.  However, most requests will be processed same day depending on the time of your submission.
