    Working in  a 100% virtual organization means that, outside of using videoconference and global collaboration tools all day long,  you will never be permitted to conduct any business--or participate in any recruitment activities, including your own recruitment--in any sort of "brick and mortar environment."  

    No chit chats around the watercooler, business lunch, travel around the globe [or to the building next door] for business-related activities (except in certain rare instances, e.g., visit to a construction site or for a real estate purchase, etc.);  no live venue conventions, seminars or conferences - must attend via videoconference (a la Snowden or Assange);  no client meetings or visits at brick and mortar locations.   The only exception to the total ban on brick and mortar events is "entertainment events" (there will be plenty of those year-round) and one annual Global CEO Summit.

    In a nutshell, this specific licensing solution allows such global organization or government to annually have up to 1000 of their Executives undergo the Virtual Organization Leadership Executive Training, Assessment and Certification provided by our partner VOMI Virtual Organization Academy over a 90-calendar-day period. (And as previously stated, the very same training and certification you will be provided by VOMI starting DAY ONE of your journey.)

    Completion of Rite of Passage.  Once you have closed your first VOMI Licensing::Internal Providers License (USD $15MM) solution deal (a rite of passage for all members of the VOMI Executive Leadership Team), you will then focus exclusively on the specific mandate of your position.

    As the saying goes, "this is where the rubber meets the road."   The following information is very crucial toward determining whether you just mean well and are very enthusiastic about VOMI's initiatives OR IF, IN FACT, your Circle of Influence includes the decision-makers from organizations which have a need for the VOMI Licensing::Internal Providers License solution.

    As you are already aware of, the solutions we provide are high-ticket items for a very niche market and the traditional sales method and strategy will NOT work; it would take you a lifetime to make a sale, and we would have to terminate the relationship way before you ever get a chance to make your first sale or close your first deal.           

    Therefore, if you lack that specific Circle of Influence, there is absolutely no need to try to fool or scam us by pretending to know these decision-makers because we would find that out in no time at all and our zero tolerance response would be swift.  

    As well, we don't want you to have to guess whether or not your Circle of Influence may have a need for our services AFTER you have been offered a position, hence the reason for our being very transparent with you now.   We have no time to play games.         

    Please note that we don't really give a hoot about your LIST OF CONTACTS since any mailing list provider can provide any company with a targeted list of enterprise-level decision makers with full contact information (which, by the way, we already have access to from the CEO down). We only want to know which ones ARE INDEED in your Circle of Influence. 

    Therefore, if you intend to start from scratch:: i.e., build a pipeline and new relationships, try to create a sales process and develop a sales cycle, etc., :: You Are Wasting Your Time Here and there is no need for you to fill out this form!

    • A list of at least 10 Forbes Global 2000 decision-makers :: right off the top of your head and to your best knowledge :: whose organizations either do or should have a need for the annual  VOMI Licensing::Internal Providers License ($15MM) solution.  Instead of Forbes Global 2000 executives, you may substitute executives from Equivalent Enterprise Level organizations with a minimum of 25,000 employees or World Leaders .   For transparency purposes, you may engage in back channel  communications with these individuals in order to confirm if such need exists prior to putting them on this list.   (If you feel insecure about providing us with this information, that can only be for one reason::   you are definitely not on a first-name basis with these executives  and you certainly don't have a one-on-one relationship with them.)      
       
    • A list of at least 5 Forbes Global 2000 or Equivalent Enterprise Level decision-makers or World Leaders ::  you are absolutely certain of::  whose organizations do indeed have a REAL and URGENT NEED for the VOMI Internal Providers License.  Such certainty may be due to the fact that you have an intimate knowledge of the internal players involved and the challenges they are currently facing.   You must confirm that information with these individuals prior to putting their names on this list . 
       
    • At least ONE Forbes Global 2000 or Equivalent Enterprise Level decision-maker  or World Leader  within your Circle of Influence:: that you have personally communicated with through back channels during the course of your own research for providing us with your Innovative Insights:: who has firmly and unequivocally indicated to you that he/she is ready to obtain the annual VOMI Licensing::Internal Providers License ($15MM) solution on DAY ONE of your employment at VOMI.
       

    With respect to each individual on the aforementioned lists, please provide the following:

    • Their full name (no initials) and title and the name of the company - to be used only for verification purposes. Do NOT submit email or phone contact information since VOMI does NOT intend to contact these individuals directly.
       
    • Your specific reason for including that specific individual on that list.  Avoid being vague since that will cause us to suspect the following:   the validity and reliability of your information, you are being disingenious, or that we are being scammed or deceived.
       
    • Confirm to us that you are on a first-name basis with these individuals.
       

    All information requested is due within the next 30 days.   Upon receipt of all of the information requested from you, and if indeed deemed visionary and innovative, we will then schedule you for a videoconference with our Founder.
