  • Please allow, at minimum, one week for furniture to be removed.

    If there is a key associated with the item, please tape it on so it isn't lost.

  • Existing campus inventory will be reviewed and used first, with new purchases being made only as required.

    Please allow, at minimum, two weeks for furniture to be provided and/or rearranged.  If it is determined that new furniture is required, the ordering, manufacturing and installing process can typically take 8 weeks.  This does not include design and selection, which can take an additional 2-4 weeks, so you should allow at least three months for the entire process.

  • Standard room sign text changes or removal of signage should be requested through the Work Order system.

  • Please allow adequate time for us to review and address your signage request.  The design, ordering, manufacturing and installation process can take two months or more, though some signage replacements may be able to be addressed more quickly.
