Request to Graduate from TSA

Hello Future Graduate,

Make sure you have finished your classes, paid in full, and contacted your advisor so they can add you to my list after they check your Request to Graduate form.

**You must be enrolled at least 5 months to graduate.***

We send out diplomas and transcripts on the third Wednesday of each month.

Do NOT call or ask your advisor, "When will my transcript be finished," as I will send you email updates and a tracking number when it has been completed.

This must be pre-approved.

DON'T FORGET TO SELECT POSTAGE OR YOUR DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE SENT. THIS WILL CAUSE A DELAY IN PROCESSING.
