  • If you are experiencing the same exact issue with the replacement switch, then you most likely have a different issue other than the window switch.  A warranty replacement switch may not fix your issue.  We suggest that you check the functionality of your window motor before completeing this form.  If you do not have a way to check your window motor we can send you another switch as a courtesy.  If you continue to have the same issue, your issue is withanother part entirely.

    Be sure to include a note with your name, order number, and the reason for your return.  Do not ship your return with signature delivery, as we do not have anyone on site to sign for the package.  Be sure to hold onto all return tracking information.

  • By selecting this warranty replacement option you will pay only one penny for the new switch up front.  We will then send you out a new switch with a free prepaid warranty return label attached to a polymailer for convenience to send back the broken switch.  As long as we receive the defective switch within 15 days your card will not be charged any additional fees after the penny deposit.  By submitting the deposit of one penny you are agreeing to use the prepaid return label to send back the defective switch in our free prepaid return envelope within 15 days to avoid being charged for the remaining balance of the replacement switch.
