  • Subway® Cards are not redeemable for cash except as required by law. If you are eligible for cash back under your state’s laws, follow these steps listed below to have your Subway® Card balance refunded.

    To Obtain a Refund:

    1. Fully complete the Subway® Cardholder Information section below.

    2. Click "Submit."

  • Note: You are only eligible for a refund of the amount remaining on the card at the time the account is frozen. Please allow 4-6 weeks for claims processing and receipt of account refund.  You will be contacted for a mailing address if you qualify for a refund.
