Cancellations may only be done by you, via the MindBody portal. Emails + voicemails will not be accepted. Accounts in arrears must be cleared before cancellation requests are confirmed. Absolutely no refunds/extensions on forgotten accounts.

Don't let your membership fee deter you from your practice. You have an amazing rate and if you cancel it, it will be gone forever :( Hopefully you can recall your initial intention when you joined. For many of you, this means losing a +$400 savings every year (Current Annual Membership is $799) or 40% savings every month (Current Monthly rate is $108 - save $43/month)

Clicking SUBMIT will provide Samatva with my information + intention only. Samatva will not be responsible for completing terminations, it is my responsibility via my account. Until I have done so, all future scheduled debits will occur as per my signed contract without refund options.*

All contracts require termination as per your signed contract before your debit date. Contracts not terminated via the Mindbody Portal or payments unsuccessful are subject to the Abandoned/Forgotten Contract Fee of $100 or escalation for payment recovery (90 days) as per your signed contract.
