    Please fill out the form below to receive a Repair Request Number (RRN) Units received without this number on the outside of the box will be refused. Update: We require this form for carry in service as well until the current Covid 19 outbreak is under control. Please check Carry In Service and wait for a reply.
  • You must have an ticket number before dropping off or shipping in your unit. Units without a ticket number cannot be left or accepted for service.
    As our admin staff is remote, please allow 24-72 hours for this number (by email).
