    Use this form to request a room for an event or program.

    + Events cannot be schedule more than 6 months in advance. All events are subject to change due to church facilities needs.

    + Events cannot be scheduled on a Friday or Saturday without a conversation with Kim Ripley

    + Event is not scheduled until approval email is received from Kim Ripley.

    Deadline to complete this form is 3 weeks before event.

    Facilities/Utilities Fee: $500.00
    Audio-Visual Coordinator: $125.00/hour

    CHAPEL (For Weddings, see wedding webpage)

    Use of Chapel (up to 2 hours): $250.00
    Utilities Fee (up to 2 hours): $150.00

    OTHER ROOMS

    Gathering Hall or Covenant Hall: $65.00/hour
    Classroom rental for meetings: $20.00/hour
