  • Over the course of the year we have been evaluating our design services that we offer. As a result, we've restructured some of our fees for pre-pay/proof designs.

    We are now charging per side when performing edits. To better simplify the pricing we have adjusted the fee for editing any stock or existing design to $10 per side modified (total cost to modify front/back is $20.) All other associated fees will remain the same. All charges will be outlined on your invoice.

    By continuing to fill out this form, you acknowledge these changes.

    You can now order your envelopes through ROES with JPEGs of your final design. The instructions for ordering are outlined below. For your convenience, you can also view these instructions on the info graphic in ROES. If you have any questions or problems ordering in ROES, please contact Customer Service.     1. Open ROES and log in using your account number and PIN
    2. Click on “Create Order” at the top right, then choose the “Pre-pay Envelope” catalog from the drop down menu on the left
    3. Add the JPEGs of your finished envelope designs to ROES by clicking on the “Add Images” button at the bottom left and browsing to the location of your files
    4. Select the 8.5x14 Pre-pay Envelope product. The first side shown in ROES is the front/no pocket side.
    5. Under “Options”, select whether the front of the envelope should be printed in color, black and white, or left blank
    6. Drag your image onto the product for the front of the envelope. The pink, translucent guide overlay shows the bleed areas and the gray areas show the fold lines and perforation sections on the envelope.
    7. Flip to the back/pocket side of the envelope
    8. Under “Options”, select whether the back of the envelope should be printed in color, black and white, or left blank
    9. Drag your image onto the product for the back of the envelope. Check to be sure none of your design overlaps the blue section labeled “Adhesive Flap”. Nothing can be printed in that area.
    10. Enter the quantity you want to order and click, “Add to Order”
    11. Click on the “Shopping Cart” section at the top right, and then click “Complete and send order” at the bottom right
    12. Enter the shipping information and submit your order

  • Avoid the wait! If you will be using your design for multiple schools or seasons, we can install your design into our ROES software so that you are able to edit and change the Date of Picture day without filling out a new request for the Design Dept. This is an additional service and will be a one-time minimum installation fee of $10.

    Any text, design, or pricing edits will require a new form submission for the Design Dept to edit your files.

      Requests for Rush Services will incur a fee of 50% of the order total. Rush Services must be approved by the Design Department. You will be notified if we are unable to accommodate your rush request. Rush services do not apply to software installation, printing, or shipping costs, nor do they impact shipping methods or transit/delivery times.
