DHS Scholarship Eligibility

*First Witness offers a limited number of scholarships for our First Witness ChildFirst© forensic interview training. Anyone who works as a law enforcement investigator, child protection investigator, county attorney, forensic interviewer, or other multidisciplinary team member in Minnesota is eligible to apply. These scholarship funds are provided by the Minnesota Department of Human Services and cover the cost of tuition.

Training Location
First Witness ChildFirst© training will be held at Domestic Abuse Intervention Programs (DAIP) facility at 202 E Superior St, Duluth, MN
Parking
If you are driving to the training, paid parking is available in the Tech Village or nearby Hart parking ramps. The entrance will have a sign for DAIP and directional signage will be located in the building.
