The IT department cannot resolve issues with Moneygram machines. To address this issue you need to call Moneygram to have the equipment fixed.
The IT Helpdesk does not pull video requests for stores, except in the case of robberies or police inquiries. Speak to your upper management to get video for all other incidents. For police matters, please have the investigating officer email HelpDesk at the corporate office (firstname.lastname@example.org).
