    FAQ's 

    Do I need to create an account to purchase tickets with iTickets?

    No, we don’t require customers to create an account with us to purchase tickets. You can simply choose your event on our website https://itickets.co.za and then click on your chosen event and click on "Get Tickets" button to proceed.

    Why are there better seats available after I've already completed my purchase?

    When a customer begins the purchase process their seats are pulled out of the available inventory until they purchase them. If someone has held seats before you began your transaction, but later decides not to buy them, they are released back for sale. This is a common occurrence, especially during the on-sale of a popular event.

    I don't have a credit card. Can I still use your site?

    Yes. You have four payment options on our website i.e. Credit card, Cheque card, EFT (Instant) or Direct deposit.

    I don't have a printer. Can I still use your site?

    Yes. You can still order tickets online, download your tickets from your confirmation email and present them from your phone at the event. Make sure your screen brightness is set to high to make it easier for tickets to be verified with our scanners.

    I did not receive a confirmation email for my order!

    Confirmation emails are sent immediately upon completion of the transaction. If you have spam blocking or require senders to seek approval, you may not receive it. Please check the spam or junk mail folders before contacting iTickets.

    How do i request a refund for my order?

    All tickets are sold on a final sale basis. Policies defined by our clients (organizers) prohibit iTickets from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased without their consent, which is not routinely granted.

    NB: All decisions regarding the approval of refunds or exchanges are made by the venue/promoter/event.  As a contracted ticketing agent, iTickets is bound by the decision of the venue/promoter/event.

    Understanding that, you are able to request a refund if desired. Once that request is received by iTickets, we will forward it on to the venue/promoter of the show/event and get back in touch with you once we have an update from the venue/promoter. 

    I can't print my tickets ,I chose the EFT / Direct Deposit Payment Method.

    Please allow 24-48 working hours once payment has been made in our account for the funds to clear.  Once the payment has been received by us you will receive a new email with a link where you can download your tickets.

    Why is there no EFT Direct/Deposit payment  option available for the event i want to book for?

    EFT/Direct Deposit option closes 3 days before the start of the event;  this is simply to ensure that we receive and process your payment in time and for you to receive the tickets.

    How do i get an invoice for my tickets that i purchase on iTickets platform?

    iTickets acts as a Collecting Agent on behalf of the Promoter so by law we are not allowed to issue invoices as we are only collecting the funds. If you need an invoice for your order then you will need to ask our support team to link you up with the promoter to assist you with that. 

    I cannot find an event on your website.

    If you cannot find the event you are looking for  on our site you can either contact our support team for assistance as it could be a private event or not on sale yet.

    Can i change my seats that i booked for an event?

    Seat changes are not allowed. Exceptions are always handled on individual cases.

    I have paid but i haven't received my tickets yet?

    EFT/Manual cash deposit orders takes a maximum of 48 working hours for the payment to be cleared in our account. We will only send you a link to download your tickets once payment has reflected in our account. If you pay with a credit card or instant EFT and you have not received your tickets you can send your proof of payment to info@itickets.co.za for urgent assistance.

    How to get my tickets ready for the event?

    There are several ways to access your tickets:

    • Click the "To print go to:" link in your confirmation email and follow the instructions to download your tickets , alternatively you can as well 
      Log into My Account on the iTickets website if you have an account, find the order, and click “Print.”
    • Another option is to go to iTickets.co.za/register/print. Enter your email address and full order number. (The full order number consists of a number, a dash, and then your short order number, which is 7-8 digits (e.g 106271-1234567). Both can be found in your confirmation email.)
    • NB: Screenshots are not valid for entry. Only tickets purchased from iTickets.co.za are valid for entry. If you’ve purchased tickets from secondary resellers such as Viagogo, you will not be permitted entry into the venue and we urge you to contact iTickets.
