DATES
Games will be played on Saturday, 8/17/25 and Sunday 8/17/25. There is a possibility of a few games being played on Friday, 8/16. Saturday games will typically satrt at 8:00 AM and end by 9:00 PM. Sunday games will be from 8:00 AM to about 6:00 PM. If there are Friday games they will be at 6:00 and 7:30 PM.
TEAMS
All teams will be playing a traditional tournament format where teams are placed into groups for round robin play to determine Champions and Finalists.

We are using two assignors - Bryan McDermott and Ken Wilcox. Bryan is doing McCurry Park, CHOA and Lovejoy. Ken Wilcox is doing PAC, MOBA and Glenloch.

WHAT'S OPEN
McCURRY NORTH
U9 through U12 with a few U13s.
Saturday - I need middles all day until the 5:00 PM kickoffs. ARs are needed from 10:30 AM to the 4:45 PM kickoff.
Sunday - Middles again until 5:00 PM kickoff. ARs need from 8:00 AM to 2:15 PM
I can use junior refs as ARs for these games if necessary.
McCURRY SOUTH
U13 through U19 boys
Saturday - Middle openings start at 3:30 PM and continue through the 8:00 PM kickoffs. The last two slots need 3 middles each. I need a slew of ARs for 8:00 AM but then not again until 12:30. AR needs increase as the day goes on right up to the 8:00 PM kickoffs.
Sunday - Only 3 openings! U14 middle and U15 AR at 800 AM, U19 AR at 11:00 AM.
CHOA
U9 and U10 boys
There’s only 1 ref working there on Saturday so far. There are 3 fields. Games go from 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM on Saturday and from 8:00 AM to 2:15 PM on Sunday. No ARs being used. I need 3 refs who would like to go there and cover one or both days. All U10, all middles. No ARs.
LOVEJOY
U13 through U19 boys
Saturday - middle openings from 11:00 to 2:00. AR openings from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM kickoffs. A lot of help needed there!
Sunday - Lots of middle and AR openings form 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, then again at 3:30 and 5:00 PM.The 12:30 and 2:00 time slots are covered. The rest need a lot of referees.
