  • I understand and agree that the above information is accurate and that I have willingly provided it to the Stray Love Foundation, Inc. (SLF, Inc.) I also understand that, if this adoption is approved, the Stray Love Foundation has the right to do a home visit to check the safety of my home and the right to see/check on this pet periodically. I understand and agree that SLF, Inc. also has the right to remove this pet and void the adoption if for any reason SLF, Inc. believes the pet is in danger or being cared for improperly. I understand that sometimes adoptions do not work out and if for any reason, I believe I have made the wrong decision in adopting this pet, I will call or email SLF, Inc. and they will take the pet back no questions asked (as long as no harm or abuse is evident).

There is always a chance that an animal we have rescued will have a genetic health issue (since they are rescues there is no way that we can know their family history) or one of our tests falls in that low percentage of false negative category or a they contract a rare disease that we have no way of knowing about or they contract under your care. We cannot guarantee 100% that your pet will live the 15 to 20 years we hope for but with all that we do for them, the chances are incredibly strong that they will.
