    Register and pay for art parties and private events using this form. Please confirm date/time availability prior to sending payment. $100 deposit required.

  • Youth parties: $18.00 per participant (2 hours $22 each)

    Scout events: $16.00 per participant (2 hours $20 each)

    Adult on-site events: $20.00 per participant (2 hours $25 each)

    Adult off-site events: $25 per participant (2 hours $30 each)

  • If you do not wish to pay with a credit card, enter "0" in the Online Payment box, click Submit, and your registration will be held until cash or check payment is received.  Please mail or bring check/cash payment to Creative Arts, Inc. studio at 400 Highland Ave, Crystal Lake to complete registration.
