I understand Alta Vista Boarding and Grooming requires a deposit (boarding cost in full) for first time clients and 50% deposit for any pet stay longer than 2 weeks (including pre-existing clients):

SECTION II. DOG BOARDING (Skip this section if you are not boarding a dog)

Baths are not recommended for dogs with long or thick coats that could mat or tangle easily. Professional grooming is available for an extra cost. Please call to schedule.

GROOMING & BATHING

Exit baths are $25 for small/medium, $30 for large, $35 extra-large. Toenail trims are $20, Nail Grinding is $27, and grooming prices vary. Exit Baths are included with the Plus, VIP, Jr. Suite, & Suite packages. (disregard if included with your boarding package):

I understand that Alta Vista Boarding & Grooming, LLC and its staff will do its best to maintain a disease free environment and require all boarders to be current on the aforementioned vaccinations. However, it is not possible to vaccinate against all diseases and no vaccination can guarantee 100% effectiveness. I absolve and release Alta Vista Boarding & Grooming from any loss, expense or liability arising from your pets stay. I understand Alta Vista Boarding & Grooming is closed and not professionally staffed outside regular business hours. I accept all financial responsibility for all services and treatments and understand my balance must be paid in full prior to the release of my pet. I also acknowledge and accept Alta Vista will treat any medical condition it believes causes your pet pain or presents a health risk, which includes intestinal upsets.
