• Online audit checklist for MSC Certification - Initial Audit

  • This form is to check conformity with the MSC requirements as outlined in the Policy Manual, in cases where you don't need an audit on-site.

    You will be asked to upload some evidence - in general this means photos - and a normal smartphone photo is fine. You can upload multiple images - and if you are unsure what is required - there are some good examples here

  • PART 1 of 5 - THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MSC REPRESENTATIVE

    The MSC representative is the person with overall responsibility for the MSC requirements in the business. This is normally the owner or site manager, and they should complete this form. All staff need some understanding about MSC - but you are the person who needs to be really clued up, so this form will test that you understand the requirements as well!
