Musical Beginnings: Baldwin County Summer Music Lessons Registration

SCHEDULE

Your tuition covers seven (7) 45-minute lessons on Tuesdays or Thursdays. All lessons are held on Tuesdays OR Thursdays (except In-Home lessons) from June 2nd through July 16th with a make-up week July 21st and 23rd. In home lessons may be scheduled for a mutually convenient day or time for the student and the teacher.

Students can elect to miss one lesson and make it up in the 8th week. If a student has no absences, lessons will end on July 14th or 16th. Makeup lessons will be scheduled for July 21st and July 23rd.

In the interest of flexibility, lesson times may be traded when possible. Lesson trades must be arranged in advance, with teacher approval.

LOCATION

At this time, all lessons in VOICE, VIOLIN, GUITAR AND PIANO will be taught at either Spanish Fort Presbyterian Church, Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, or in-home. All DRUM lessons will be held at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church or in-home.

SUMMER MUSIC LESSONS

Piano Performers

Tuition: $175(check) or $189(credit card)
Classes will include 3-4 beginning and intermediate students, ages 5+.
Lessons are individualized and independent from other students.
Class times: Tuesday or Thursday, 3:30pm, 4:15pm, 5:00pm, or 5:45pm.

Private Lessons in one or more of the following instruments: Piano, Voice, Violin, Guitar, Drums
Tuition: $275(check) or $297(credit card)
Lesson times are scheduled in the order of request received.

IN-HOME Private Lessons in one or more of the following instruments: Piano, Voice, Violin, Guitar, Drums
Tuition: $325(check) or $351(credit card)
Lesson times are scheduled in the order of request received. Surchage for teacher travel is included in the tuition.

PAYMENT

There is a discount when paying with check(s). If paying by check in two installments, please include two checks dated June 1 and July 1. Checks will be cashed on the date indicated. Service charge on returned checks is $30. Each installment payment is equal to 1/2 of the full tuition.

Please select your preferred plan before submitting registration. If selecting credit card option, a PayPal invoice will be emailed to your email address provided above within 24 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: If registering after the beginning of the summer semester, please select from the full payment or the installment payment options offered below. We will pro-rate your bill and return the difference to you within 72 hours.

AGREEMENT

By submitting this registration form, I understand and agree that Musical Beginnings reserves the right to discontinue a student at anytime, with a refund of the remainder of the tuition.

By submitting this registration form, I understand and agree that Musical Beginnings reserves the right to cancel a class that does not meet the minimum number of students. In the event of cancellation, students will be offered alternative class times or locations. If these alternatives do not meet the student's need, a full refund will be given for missed classes.

By submitting this registration form, I understand and agree that my child's enrollment in Musical Beginnings with the tuition commitment is for the duration of the summer semester. The payment plan is for my convenience, and regardless of any decision to withdraw or discontinue with Musical Beginnings, I agree that I will be responsible for the cost of the full tuition after the first class or lesson. Regardless of any decision to discontinue, I will be responsible for the full tuition after the first lesson.
