Request to Correct a USTA Match Scorecard

This form is for Captains in the CENTRAL CAROLINA LEAGUE only. Please contact your league coordinator if you are requesting a score change for any other USTA league.

We all know that it's better to get things right the first time, but we also know that people make mistakes. When you discover a mistake in the entry of a match score on TennisLink, you cannot correct it yourself; you can only "dispute" the scores on TennisLink and then notify your LLC via this form to make the changes needed. Please make certain you have communicated the score correction with the opposing captain before completing this form.

We make every effort to correct all scores within 48 hours, but it could take up to 72 hours depending on when your request is submitted.
