There are portions of the application which MUST be completed in order to move along in the application process.
The applicant will be not notified should any portion of the application be incomplete.
Please submit no FEWER than THREE (3) references. AZTEC must have no fewer than TWO (2) personal references and ONE (1) professional reference from your previous employer; a total of three (3) references.
Personal references must be from persons other than family members and have at a minimum: 1) name of reference, 2) Address and a 3) WORKING telephone number.
Professional references must have at a minimum: 1) Name of Employer, 2) Employer Address, 3) Supervisor, 4) Dates of Employment and 5) WORKING telephone Number.
Once the application is started, the applicant will have forty-five (45) minutes to complete the application in its entirety. Applicants will not be able to save progress; as the application must be completed in its entirety once the process is started.
Once the application is completed, it will be reviewed by the Human Resources Department. The applicant MAY OR MAY NOT be contacted by the AZTEC Hiring Agent upon completion of the review. The Hiring Agent is NOT obligated to return or review telephone calls or messages regarding applications.
Should the Hiring Agent contact the applicant, a time will be set when the applicant will come in for a brief interview regarding any follow-up questions. The applicant may or may not continue in to the sign-up portion of the process after the interview. If selected to participate in the sign-up, please allow three to four hours. The application, follow-up interview and sign up is part of the application process, NOT the hiring process. Only after the full completion of the sign-up is an applicant an official empoloyee of AZTEC.
