    Any church event that is held at, or through the church, MUST have an event form submitted no later than 30 days prior to the event. Events are evaluated on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • NOTE:  You will be notified of approval of your event. If you haven't received confirmation of event approval within 1 week, please contact the church office. Changes can be made at any time at the Pastor's discretion.

    The event planner is responsible for set-up and clean-up of the event. The location used should be left in as good or better condition than before the event.
