    • 2 hour mini-workshop

      Thank you for leading a 2 hour mini workshop. These are always very popular at the conference, and the fee is included in the core conference fee. We want to make sure it will be a fun experience for both the presenters and the attendees. Please fill out the form so that we can help you with any special equipment, supplies, and setup.
    • 4 hour half-day workshop

      Thank you for leading a 4-hour workshop. This format is a great way to introduce the attendees with new techniques.       Thank you for leading a 8-hour workshop. The longer time allows for more in-depth exploration of the material, and give students more individualized attention.     • Panelist for a panel discussion 
    • Panelist for Panel Discussion

      Thank you for being on the panel for the discussion session. The input and feedback from different panelists are very valuable to the attendees. To help you and your attendees, please fill out the form below so that we can help you with any special equipment, supplies, and setup.
    • A panel discussion takes 2 hours during either Tuesday or Wednesday of the core conference. The first section will be maily a short presentation from the panelists discussing their experiences and expertise. We will have a list of questions for you available starting in March 2014.

      The second section will be an open roundtable discussion with the panelists and the attendees. The attendees will ask one question at a time, and the panel will take turns giving their views, thoughts, and answers to the question.

      There will be a moderator who will keep track of time and to keep the discussion on track. A moderator can be a panel member (encouraged) or an assistant who oversees the time clock and keep the discussions on topic.
