General Conditions
Children are generally placed in their age appropriate year groups according to our admissions guidance but previous experience in a particular year group at another accredited school is considered on a case by case basis. It should be noted that year groups at BISS do not necessarily correspond with those of other schools or national education systems.

The final year group placement of a student is at the discretion of the school.

The information supplied on this form will be stored digitally on the school computer system. All employees of the school have a duty of confidentiality with regard to this information and will use it solely for administrative purposes.

Medical information about students may also be stored on the computer and will only be available to relevant school employees and Health Service staff working under an extended duty of confidentiality.

We regularly use photographs of pupils in newsletters, on our website and in other forms of communication. We do not publish names with photographs unless prior permission is received. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact the office to discuss this matter.
