CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
Information that might be shared with you due to your status as a Phi Sigma Pi Foundation ("Foundation") member is shared for your personal use only and should not be disseminated. All Foundation documents you might be given access to should be considered confidential information.
Foundation members may not disclose confidential information to anyone who is not employed by the Foundation or to other members in the Foundation who do not need to know such information to assist in assigned tasks by the Foundation.
The disclosure, distribution, electronic transmission or copying of the Foundation’s confidential information is prohibited. Any member who discloses confidential Foundation information will be subject to disciplinary action, even if he or she does not actually benefit from the disclosure of such information. A member may be held liable for economic damages caused by the unauthorized disclosure of confidential Foundation information.
Any mailing lists you may have access to through Foundation tasks such as peer-to-peer outreach should be used within a four-week period and then destroyed. Mailing lists with contact information may only be used for specific Foundation outreach and should be protected and treated as confidential.
I understand the above policy and pledge not to disclose confidential information.
