• Rent Criteria

  • We look for stable, cooperative residents with stable job and rental history and not cause neighbor any problem.  Move in amount 2x-4x depends on credit, rental history and job history.

     

    Stability criteria:

    1. Current job 1 year or more

    2 Current address 1 year (paying rent, utility payment)

    3.Work site distance less than 30 miles from the home applied.

    4 Job transfer with good prior job and rental history.

     

    Financial criteria:

    1.  income is 3.5x rent or higher, provide paystub on application.

    2.  Paid rent and utilities on time.

    3. Provide bank statement and proof of move in fund on application.

     

    Cooperative:

    1. No aggressive/restricted animal breeds.

    2. No complain from neighbors on noise, parking, animal, excessive visitors or problem visitors.

    3. No violating lease rules and clauses

  • Should be Empty:
