• Spa Parts Return Form

  • IMPORTANT:

    1. Please note that completing this form does not authorize your return. The Spa Care team will review your request and contact you with further instructions on how to proceed. If you return an item without authorization, you will not be refunded.
    2. Items that have been installed, used, damaged, or altered cannot be returned. If a return is attempted, you will not be refunded. Please look through the list of all non-returnable items in our Return Policy.
    3. If this is a warranty issue, please fill out the Warranty Exchange Request Form instead of the form below.
    4. Please note that return requests must be issued within 30 days of item delivery date.
    5. If you are returning an item because it was damaged in transit, please be sure to take photos of the damage to the package upon receipt.
    6. All authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless an error was made by Spa Care, or if the wrong part was ordered and the customer intends to order the correct part from Spa Care.
    7. Cost of Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items unless an error was made by Spa Care.

    Please do not return anything without authorization.

    If our team authorizes your return, please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. Authorized returns must be carefully packaged and shipped prepaid by the customer. We suggest that you insure your package and select a traceable service. Shipping charges will only be refunded if an error was made by Spa Care. If you are returning a pump, please take photos of how it has been packaged, and the condition of the pump and box. If it is damaged in transit, you will need pictures to file a claim with the carrier.

    Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
