Biographical Sketch
In 100 words or less, tell us who are, your career goals, and the basis of your financial need and any extenuating circumstances (i.e., single parent, etc.) Please attach a typed written paragraph if additional space is needed.
Application Package Check List
The application package must be completed in its entirety to be considered for the
scholarship. Before submitting your application, be sure each of the following 5 items are included (Each MUST be included):
1. One (1) completed APPLICATION PACKAGE with photo. Cap and gown is
preferable but if not a nice photo in professional attire
2. One (1) CHARACTER REFERENCE LETTER (not related to the applicant};
3, One (1) official LETTER of ENROLLMENT/TRANSCRIPT from your high school for Fall of 2022 or the most recently completed semester. This info can be scanned into a pdf and uploaded
4, One (1) "100" Word or less BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH; and
5. One (1) Typed, Double spaced, 12-point font, "1000 WORD" Essay on (1)
of the three topics. This can be uploaded in a word doc format.
