What is a Featured Listing on LACDB?
A featured listing is a way to increase the visibility of your property. These listings receive premier placement on LACDB.COM and numbers show that featuring a listing can dramaticaly improve the traffic on your listings.

The cost is $50 per featured listing (ID) for a 2-week period. Featured listings are available to LACDB Members who are members in good standing. Listings submitted as a featured listings should be complete and include at least one photograph. A maximum of 6 listings will be designated as featured listings over a two-week period. All requests for positions on a featured listing will be handled on a first-come first-served basis. Each member is allowed one "Featured Listing" per month unless there are no other requests. In the event fees for features listings are not retained due to an NSF or chargeback, LACDB may charge these amounts plus the cost of any additional NSF or chargeback fees to my account, which if the remain unpaid may result in a suspension or termination of LACDB services or prohibitions on any future featured listing services.
