  • 1. Degree or credit-seeking students registered for the current academic term may petition for Equipment Center access beyond what is automatic. Check out all the equipment available to you before completing this form.

    2. Once you have completed the form, an email will be sent to your faculty advisor for approval. Your request will be approved or denied based on equipment availability, impact on other users, and your professor's input.

    3. All requests must be made a minimum of 6 days in advance

    This request will be reviewed by edu Services management and emailed to faculty for approval. Faculty approves by replying to the Equipment Center (eqc@newschool.edu) to confirm that: a) All information is valid, b) Student requires resources beyond what is automatic with degree or credit-seeking status, and c) Faculty supports and approves this request. Requests require six days to follow-up by email, at which time your request will be approved or denied based on equipment availability. Completing this form does not mean you have made a reservation.
