Meeting Room Information and Amenities
Meeting room requests will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Each team of 10 paid registrations or more will get one meeting room for one day (either on Monday OR Thursday) included in their package. Any additional meeting requests will be filled on a first come, first served basis, pending availability. Teams with less than 10 paid registrations can purchase a meeting room package for $500, pending availability.
