Powers of Attorney Act 2014
The new Powers of Attorney Act 2014 commenced on 1 September 2015. The new Act clarifies and consolidates Victoria's laws for general and enduring powers of attorney (POA) for financial matters and enduring powers of guardianship.
The donor must bring 100 Points of Identification (ID) (passport + driving licence + utility statement or ID card)
