  • Activity # 4 – Becoming a Goal Setting Ninja

    Do This Very Soon

This one is easy yet vital and powerful.

    • Write down your most important goals (3 or more suggested).

    • Then next to each write down what you need to do each day and week to achieve it.

    • Then place what you have written in a prominent place – your mirror, your kitchen, your bathroom, your car, your home screen on your phone or computer, or wherever. Look at the goal and the actions required to achieve it each day or better yet many times each day.

    • As you develop more goals do this for all of your goals. Keep them “front and center” and very visible to you throughout the day.

Keeping your goals front and organizing your time each day so that you are doing what it takes to achieve them will greatly improve your results as a student. You will feel good, you will be proud of yourself, and you will inspire those around you!

  • Activity # 5 – Getting Support from Friends and Family

This one is easy yet vital and powerful. For many people it is essential because we are all influenced by people we surround ourselves with. Find a “making it happen buddy” who you can trade goals with. Share what you want to accomplish and how you are going to do it with each other. Then on a daily basis communicate with and encourage each other. Send texts, e-mails, tweets, instant messages or whatever works. Just keep encouraging each other and holding each other accountable.
