Have you ever been found responsible for a disciplinary violation at any educational institution you have attended from the 9th grade (or the international equivalent) forward, whether related to academic misconduct or behavioral misconduct, that resulted in a disciplinary action?
Have you ever been adjudicated guilty or convicted of a misdemeanor, felony, or other crime?
The Admissions Committee strongly considers your essay to be an integral part of your admissions application. Your essay provides information regarding your academic preparedness as well as a personal snapshot of you, who you are, and what you will contribute to the AJU community. Please address one of the following topics in a 750-1,000 word essay. Please indicate the question number you have chosen.
1) AJU is a place for students to develop their personal identity and character. What attributes make you unique? How would such attributes add to the AJU community?
2) Tikkun Olam (heal the world) is a key element of the AJU experience. Describe a significant experience in which you performed a mitzvah (a worthy deed)? What was your take-away from this experience?
3) At AJU, we live and learn in a community, and teach the importance of tolerance for society. Given your personal background, share your vision for how you intend to contribute to the AJU community
