What is FITS?
Faith International Training School is a ministry of Faith Fellowship Ministries World Outreach Center in Sayreville, New Jersey. FITS is a unique outreach program designed to impact the globe with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. God put this vision in the heart of our Pastor David T. Demola, and FFM has been blessed to carry it out.
What is the Vision for FITS?
The vision for FITS is to fulfill the great commission of our Lord by bringing in pastors, ministers and leaders from around the world to train, equip and enhance their ministries and lives. Instead of sending out missionaries to these nations, we have taken up the challenge to help those already in these nations with ministries, callings and a foundation in that nation. The intent is that all students return to their nation and ministries that they were sent from in order to keep to the original vision of being an outreach. FITS is designed as an intensive 5 ½ month program with just enough time to be impacted while not leaving home for an extended period of time.
What are the language requirements to be accepted to the program?
If you sign up for the English program, you must be able to understand English preaching and teaching without translation aides. You must be able to read and write English also. If Spanish or Portuguese are your first language we do have the program in these languages.
Is FITS just for Internationals? Can U.S. residents go?
U.S. students can attend and live in housing. U.S. students are required to pay tuition and housing costs. U.S. students can commute to the program daily and pay just tuition.
What is provided for international students?

Where will students stay when they get to New Jersey?
Students will live in houses about 2.5 miles from our church. Student housing is very nice and very comfortable. All students will be living with other students and divided up by sex. Married couples can come but being housed together is not guaranteed. A security deposit of $160 is required from all students and refundable when you leave if there are no damages or incurred costs. International residents do not pay housing.
What are travel and length of stay restrictions for internationals?
Students who obtain a visa under our recommendation letter must come for the program then go back to your country. If you have your own visa you are still entering the country based on the length of our program and the agreement is to return to your nation to continue the work that the Lord has called you to. STUDENTS MUST KEEP THE AGREEMENT TO RETURN TO THEIR NATION.
Who makes the travel arrangements for students?
