I understand there may be usage limitations for my collector car on my policy and they have been explained to me.

All persons in my household have been listed on the policy. Full-time students away at school should be listed as household members. (Please note: Even drivers with other insurance need to be listed, whether or not they use your vehicle(s).)

Do you understand:

Tapes/CD’s, etc in your vehicle are not covered.
Moving vans rented by you are not covered.
Vehicles and Trailers not listed on your policy are not covered.
Vehicles not titled in your name are not covered.
I need to call my agent if I rent a car as there may be gaps in coverage.
I should talk to my agent about further discounts (ie, AARP, Group Affiliate, etc).
If my vehicle has a salvaged/branded title I need to inform my agent as the coverage may be limited.
Appraisals and photos must be received and there is no coverage in place until everything is received and approved by insurance company.
I understand if the value of my car increases I must submit a new appraisal to the insurance company to update my policy.
