    • Please indicate the group of groups you wish to attend in the Summer Studio. You can tick as many of the groups as you wish. If the dates do not match up exactly with those you want (perhaps because flights are cheaper a few days either side) e'mail us and we will see if we can fit you in with different dates. We will always try to flexible if we can be.

    • This section is entirely voluntary and not filling it in does not prejudice the decision whether to offer you a place in our studios. However, if you have a medical or other condition you think we should know about it might be in your personal interests to inform us simply so we know what to do if there is an emergency.

    • Declaration and Deposit Payment - Step 7 
    • I certifiy that the information given on this form is correct and understand that any information that is found subsequently to be incorrect or untrue might result in my disqualification either from the application process or from the studios should I be offered a studio space for rent; I understand that completing this form does not guarantee I will be offered a place on the studio rental programme.

      I understand that a deposit payment of £50 is required immediately upon submission of this form to place this booking, and that this deposit is non-refundable should I later cancel. I understand that payment of the remaining fee is due not later than six weeks before my due arrival (start) date and that failure to pay the remaining fee by this date may result in my place being cancelled without further notice with loss of all deposits paid.

      I understand that I must not make any travel or other arrangements relating to this application until I have received a Official Booking Confirmation from the Cyprus College of Art, via e'mail, and that submission of this application does not guarantee a place on this programme.

      I understand the Cyprus College of Art reserves the right to refuse an application for whatever reason, and in such circumstances I will receive a refund of my deposit payment.

      I understand that if my chosen dates are not available I will receive a full refund of the deposit paid.
