  • Permit use must be approved by Mail Services prior to adding a permit image to your mail layout. University Communications and Marketing (UCM) has a system in place and you are encouraged to discuss mail panel design and permit usage with your UCM rep prior to starting a mass mailing. If you have a design ready, you must email it to mailroom@oakland.edu for approval before submitting a Mail Requisiton.
