JURIED EXHIBIT DESCRIPTION:
Eligibility: Open to all GNSI members in good standing
Submission Period: 21 March – 6 April 2015
Subject: Original artwork, gallery quality prints, sculpture, or multimedia of work created either with traditional or digital techniques or a mix thereof.
Subject: Science or nature-related themes; traditional or digital entries, up to 2 pieces per member.
Frame Size: 30" width or less is highly preferred (gallery space is limited). Sculpture: up to 10" tall. (for display in horizontal cases.)
Location : Arcadia Univesity Art Gallery, Arcadia University, Glenside, PA.

Acceptance Notification by : 8 May, 2015.
Submission Formats:
-Digital files preferred: High quality (75/100+) JPG of PDF formats.
-Maximum of 2560 x 2560 pixels/Minimum of 1500 x 1500 pixels, no files larger than 5 MB each.
-Multimedia entries: MP4, FLV, SWF or MOV formats (for files over 5MB- use File Sharing)
SUBMISSION PROCESS:
Option 1: Online Entry Fill out the form below completely and submit by 6 April 2015
Option 2: File sharing for animation and new media: Fill out the form below with a still image and share the file with the exhibit coordinators using fileshare services such as dropbox or YouSendIt
NON-JURIED EXHIBITS
Small Works Exhibit : Any medium; reflect your real or imagined experience at a previous conference.
-Submit artwork no larger than 3.5" x 4", with 1/8" bleed all around for framing.
-There is no submission limit, but there is a $15/image fee for framing. The submission fee is waived if the art is donated to the GNSI Ed Fund Auction.
