IN $500 EXHIBITOR FEE are the following benefits:
o Conference registration, conference bag, & all available meals for ONE person.
o Exhibitors may provide conference bag insert items at no charge. (See "INSERTS" section below.)
o All tables are 6 feet long and skirted. Exhibitors may bring their own skirting to add to that provided.
o Wireless internet access will be provided at no extra charge
o Exhibitors are responsible for the set up and break down their personal display items. (see "SET UP" section)
IN $500 EXHIBITOR FEE:
o The cost per additional person is $275. ADDITIONAL PERSON’S names MUST be included on the contract.
Additional persons receive the same benefits as exhibitors.
o A/V, electrical & special requests may require additional fees; MUST BE NOTED ON REGISTRATION CONTRACT.
SET UP and BREAK DOWN
o Exhibitors are responsible for the set up and break down of their personal display items.
o SET UP begins at 7:00AM on November 20, 2015. Earlier set up times can be arranged but not guaranteed.
o BREAK DOWN is after 3PM on Saturday November 21, 2015.

NO EARLIER THAN November 17, 2015;
o Exhibitors are invited to provide items to be included in the Conference Bags.
o All Conference Bag items MUST BE APPROVED. If you intend to provide an insert, contact Julie Hogan at
Exhibits@NYSSCA.org with a description of the item before submitting this contract.
o If you cannot attend, but wish to place items in the conference bags, select the
INSERT ONLY FEE
option on the Exhibitor Registration Contract. Do not forget items MUST BE APPROVED.

Sponsors support goes to the purchase of conference bags, lanyards, notepads, name tags, pens,
agendas, and other items. Presentation opportunities can also be arranged. Sponsor name and logo
can appear on an item if desired. Additionally, a tax deductible donation may be made to NYSSCA.
