PLEASE NOTE : Any child(ren) below the age of 10 participating in Junior Week will require a parent or guardian to be present at all times during the week.
In order for the club to be able to run a successful Junior Week each year,
we require a minimum of two days assistance from a parent of a child who is participating.

I have ensured that I/my child understand(s) that it is important for my/his/her safety and for the group that any rules and any instructions given by the staff are followed.I understand that, while DQSC Junior Week helpers will take all reasonable care of the juniors, unless they are negligent they cannot be held responsible for any loss damage or injury suffered by my son/daughter arising during or out of the activity
Data Protection Act 1998: The above information including questions relating to the health and ability of those participating in Junior Week will be used by us to process your booking and for attending to their safety whilst they are participating in Junior Week at Dell Quay Sailing Club. Names and addresses of participants may also be shared with the RYA. Occasionally we take photos of participants for publicity purposes, including for use on our own website.
