Q: Where is FITCamp?
A: We hold our sessions outdoors in the area of Forest Road, Essex, IG6
Q: When are FITCamp sessions?
A: Mondays & Wednesdays @ 6.30pm, Saturdays @ 9.30am
Q: Do I have to be fit to come to FITCamp?
A: Absolutely not. We cater for all levels of fitness at FITCamp - you work at your pace using our unique training methods. Beginners to advanced levels are welcome.
Q: Will I really notice a change in my body?
A: Absolutely - if you come along to the sessions and follow our nutrition guidelines then you will notice a drop in fat and a loss of cm's. Additionally you will feel less bloated and have more energy.
Q: Do I have to stay beyond this 21 day programme?
A: No. There is no obligation to stay any longer.
Q: When can I start?
A: This programme starts on Monday March 2nd 2015
Q: Do I have to count calories or drink meal replacement shakes?
A: No way! Our nutrition guidelines are about eating what is good for you in abundance.
