2015/16 Futsal Application Documents - PART 1 - Register of Interest
This Part 1 – Register of Interest is one of the official documents of submission to be completed by Applicants in order to be eligible to participate in the Football NSW Futsal Competitions for 2015/16.

To be eligible to participate in the 2015/16 Competition, an Applicant must comply with the Application Process set out in this Part 1.

Part 2 sets out the Participation Criteria that will assist Football NSW in determining whether an Applicant will be granted a license to participate in the 2015/16 Competition.

Part 3 is the contractual arrangement between Football NSW and an Applicant that sets out the terms on which a license will be granted to a successful Applicant to participate in the 2015/16 Competition.

Parts 1, 2 and 3 together form the Application Documents.

Part 1 to be submitted to Football NSW by 5:00pm 27 March 2015.
