Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your tour to receive a refund.

We will refund in case of rain. Please note, this only applies if it is raining in Zoar.

Sometimes it may be raining where you are coming from, but not in Zoar.

If you cancel part of your reservation within 7 days of your tour date, we will credit your funds toward another tour.
