Audiovisual
Screen, projector, podium, and mics are standard. We will be providing laptops with audio in each breakout room like we did last year. Please note that most breakout rooms will not have internet availability, so we request that you bring any videos you plan to include in your presentation on a USB jump drive.
If your A/V needs change after you submit your proposal, please notify Marissa Keegan, Program Director, by Wednesday, April 1, 2015. The IOCDF cannot guarantee accommodation to any changes to A/V needs made after April 1.
